Please be informed that all students who are applying for Dropping of subjects are now ready for a face-to-face transaction


Deadline for Dropping of subjects: May 11, 2023


Procedure for Dropping of Subjects:


1.       Download the form for Dropping subjects here: ACA.OAD.YYY.F.011-Dropping-Form

2.       Fill out the form and the students must sign the form.

3.       Have the concerned Registration Adviser and the Dean sign the form as required.

4.       Go to the Accounting Office for the assessment of fees.

5.       Pay the fees at the Cashier’s Office

6.       Submit the form to the Office of Admission for encoding and filing
